Im Juni 2011 veröffentlichte das PCI Security Standards Council neue Guidelines für den Bereich PCI DSS Virtualization (Titel „Information Supplement: PCI DSS Virtualization Guidelines). Das Council stellt das Dokument auf seiner Website zum download bereit.
