Regional Manager / Business Development (Middle East region)

We are looking for a professional who will join us for our subsidiary in Bahrain.

Your duties as the responsible manager for the region are to expand our presence in the GCC region and attain sales objectives. We operate an established business in several countries of the GCC region and as a leading QSA company we serve banks and payment service provider. You will be responsible to maintain this client base and to develop and grow market share in the other GCC countries. In this role you will present our services directly to the customers, on tradeshows, fairs and other events.

Candidates will possess a proven track record in sales management and demonstrate the ability to negotiate at high levels. You will have led teams of remote sales and service people across cultural boundaries and ideally, you will be familiar with the Middle East. You report directly to the Managing Director.

Your profile and requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably Arabic language
• Extensive sales and business development experience with a track record of successful market development
• Experience in the payment/bank sector and/or IT security
• Open-minded personality with a goal-oriented behavior and excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Knowledge in information technology and security is beneficial
• Budget management, forecast and reporting
• Identification of new market opportunities
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel
• Place of work will be Manama, Bahrain
