27/09/2011: PCI DSS Virtualization Guidelines

In June 2011 the PCI Security Standards Council published new guidelines regarding the PCI DSS Virtualization section (Title „Information Supplement: PCI DSS Virtualization Guidelines). The document can be downloaded from the Council´s website.

„The intent of this Information Supplement is to provide guidance on the use of virtualization in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). “

16/06/11 Acertigo presenting PCI DSS at this year’s „SBS Talks“ conference

SBSTalk2011 This year’s ATM conference of Salzburger Banken Software Ges.m.b.H (SBS) was held on the 26th and 27th May 2011 in Salzburg (Austria). SBS invited partners and customers to present and discuss new ideas, products and solutions related to ATM business. Ralph Woern, CEO of Acertigo, spoke about the specific PCI certification requirements in ATM business.
More than 130 delegates from 9 different countries attended the “SBS Talks” conference and enjoyed the presentations about current topics of ATM business. The presentations are provided in English and can be downloaded from the news-section of the SBS website http://www.sbs.co.at/
